Fabrizio Innamorati is a Board Member and Investor at 7X Partners. With over 20 years of experience, Fabrizio has built an outstanding career leading large sales recruitment teams, managing complex projects, and securing exclusive partnerships with top-tier clients worldwide.

A key strength lies in his ability to foster and sustain long-term client relationships, successfully securing Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs). His hands-on expertise in managing operations, P&L, headhunting top talent, winning large-scale projects, and inspiring teams to exceed sales targets has earned him a strong reputation across the global technology recruitment and consultancy industry.

As a Board Member and Investor, Fabrizio plays an active role in supporting the strategic growth of 7X Partners, helping shape the company's long-term vision and expansion across AI, Cyber and emerging technologies.

Outside of work, Fabrizio is a devoted father to his wonderful son, Eric Alexander. A passionate traveller and foodie, he also enjoys yoga, fast cars, fashion, and supporting his favourite football club, AC Milan - always valuing quality time with his family above all else.

Nikki Harbisher is the UK Managing Director at 7X Partners, where she partners with venture-backed AI startups and high-growth technology companies to help them hire the people who will shape their future.

With more than 20 years of experience in technology recruitment, Nikki has worked alongside founders, CEOs and investors to build high-performing leadership, go-to-market and engineering teams. She enjoys getting to know the people behind each business, understanding their ambitions and connecting them with exceptional talent that makes a real impact.

Nikki believes recruitment is about far more than filling vacancies. It's about building trusted relationships, understanding what makes every business unique and helping ambitious companies grow through great hiring. She combines a personal, consultative approach with AI-powered market intelligence to deliver a faster, smarter and more effective search experience.

Outside of work, Nikki is a proud mum to two daughters, Olivia and Hallie, who keep life busy, fun and full of adventure. She's also the owner of a much-loved Cockapoo and enjoys travelling, spending time with family and making the most of the outdoors.

With almost a decade of recruitment experience, Peter has built a reputation for delivering a consultative, relationship-led approach. I started my career in commercial property, where I spent seven years developing a strong understanding of relationship building, negotiation, and the value of a trusted network. Working closely with clients across a fast-paced market showed me that long-term relationships and honest conversations are at the heart of every successful deal.

That naturally led me into recruitment, where I've continued to build my career by partnering with people rather than simply filling roles. Before joining 7X Partners, I worked for a business connecting venture capital and private equity-backed companies with experienced Non-Executive Directors and Chairs, helping businesses strengthen their boards with the right strategic leadership.

Today, I'm part of the team at 7X Partners, where I work with high-growth SaaS and technology companies to hire the commercial leaders who drive revenue and scale. I love getting to know founders and leadership teams, understanding what makes their business tick, and helping them build teams that make a real impact. For me, recruitment has always been about building trusted, long-term relationships with no BS along the way.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me out on a long dog walk or in the gym. If I'm not in either of those places, there's a good chance I'm in an Irish pub with a Guinness in hand, attempting a few high kicks... whether they're any good is another story.
